Due to processing costs, the minimum deposit accepted at any time is $100.  In accordance with Processor restrictions, the maximum deposit per customer/per account in any 7-day period is $5,000.

Person-To-Person Money Transfers

Deposits can be made through two different methods of person-to-person transfers at any one of tens of thousands of locations all over the world.  You are probably already aware of the two different companies that handle these person-to-person money transfers, so at their request, we have chosen to not mention their actual company names on this website.  Simply call our Customer Service Department at 1-877-BET-JOINT (1-877-238-5646) and one of our Representatives will provide you with a Receiver's name and the payout location for the transfer method that is most convenient for you. If this is your first experience with a person-to-person money transfer, we will gladly go over the entire process with you step-by-step. Once you have the Payee and payout location, complete your transaction at the transfer location nearest you and remember that you must use cash only, as these transfer offices will not accept a check or a credit card. Once you have sent the money transfer, call us at 1-877-BET-JOINT (1-877-238-5646) and relay the information on your money transfer receipt. On deposits of $100 or more, we will always give you credit for the transaction fees and add them to your gaming account in the form of cash available for wagering.  Deposits made by this method are normally available in your wagering account within 10-15 minutes.

Cashiers Check, Bank Draft or Bank Wire

We will reimburse up to $40 in transfer fees for a Bank Draft, Cashier’s Check or Bank Wire on all deposits of $1,000 or more (for smaller deposits, we encourage you to use person-to-person money transfer, as outlined above). We do not accept either personal checks or money orders. Your wagering account will be credited upon receipt of and confirmation from our bank. However, please be aware that Cashier’s Checks and Bank Drafts can take up to 30 days to clear through the International banking system. Therefore, no payout requests will be honored until we receive confirmation from our bank that your Cashier’s Check or Bank Draft has completely cleared the banking system. Cashier’s Checks or Bank Drafts cannot exceed $10,000 US each. Bank Wires are credited to your account the same day that we receive confirmation of receipt from our bank and withdrawals are available to you immediately with no waiting period.

Moneybookers

Moneybookers is an e-wallet that is available in many countries.  If you wish to do a transfer using your Moneybookers account, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-877-BET-JOINT or through the Live Chat option on the home page of the website.
