We also guarantee in writing that no payout via ground courier will ever take more than 72 hours to reach your destination (weekends/holidays excluded) or we’ll pay you a 25% bonus on the amount of the withdrawal and reimburse any payout fees that may have been charged to your account on that transaction.

All customers are entitled to one free withdrawal of $500 or more per calendar month via ground courier, Neteller or Moneybookers. We will also honor one free withdrawal per month via next-day person-to-person money transfer on requests of $500-$1,000 (Mon-Fri only). After the one free withdrawal, additional withdrawals via ground courier within the same calendar month are subject to a standard processing fee of $50. The one free Neteller withdrawal is limited by Neteller to $2,500 maximum. Neteller withdrawals in excess of $2,500 must be done in multiple transactions and a $50 charge per additional transaction will be imposed after the one free withdrawal per calendar month. Due to the escalating scale of fees, the customer is always liable for any sending fees on person-to-person money transfer withdrawals, regardless of the amount withdrawn. The only exception to this rule is the one free person-to-person money transfer (by a specific method of our choice) withdrawal of $500-$1,000 per calendar month. Withdrawal requests are processed on weekdays only and if your payout request is made before 12:00 noon ET, you can receive it no later than the next day by person-to-person money transfer or within 72 hours or less if you choose ground courier.

Due to US regulation and other legislative action, NETELLER withdrawals are not allowed from all countries. Due to processing costs, the minimum withdrawal is $100. In accordance with Processor restrictions, the maximum withdrawal per customer in any 7-day period is $5,000.
