You are allowed to bet both sides of the same game or both sides of a total on the same game, PROVIDING THAT IT IS ALWAYS WITH YOUR OWN CASH AND NEVER INCLUDES THE USE OF ANY ‘FREE PLAY’ CREDIT on opposing sides or totals of the same game. This rule applies to all straight-action wagers and also any plays that are used in parlays or teasers. For example, if you make a FREE PLAY wager on Team “A” or use Team “A” as a straight action wager or in a parlay or teaser wager using FREE PLAY credits, you are not allowed to bet Team “B” from that same game or event with either FREE PLAY credits or CASH play. Likewise, if you make a CASH wager on Team “A” or use Team “A” in either a straight play or a parlay or teaser wager, you are not allowed to bet Team “B” from that same game or event with FREE PLAY credits. However, you can make CASH plays on both sides of the same game in all instances, whether it is straight action, parlays or teasers, as long as you do not involve either side of the same game in any wagers that are done using FREE PLAY credits. Violations of this rule could result in both/all bets on that event or game being cancelled and those bets will be considered null and void. In such instances, the cash play money will be refunded to customer's account and the customer could automatically forfeit all remaining Free Play credits in his/her account as penalty for rule violation.

General Rules by Sport:

Major League Baseball

Games are official after 5 innings of play or 4.5 innings if the home team is leading. If a game is subsequently called or suspended, the score after the last full inning determines the winner unless the home team ties the score of takes the lead in the bottom half of the inning. In such case(s), the winner is determined by the score at the time the game is called. All baseball wagers include information on the pitchers. Each team’s starting pitcher is defined for betting purposes as the pitcher that throws the very first pitch for each respective team.

You can select from the following pitcher options while wagering over the phone or online.  Please note that when playing online and selecting specified pitchers, click on the icon that says "Buy Pts / Pick Pitchers" that is located right above the wagering menu.

ACTION – This is betting your team against the other team, regardless of which pitchers actually start for either team. If one or both pitchers change after the wager is placed, it is still ACTION, although the ticket price/payoff is subject to adjustment either up or down.

LISTED – This type of wager is betting your team’s pitcher against the other team’s pitcher but both pitchers that were listed as starters at the time the wager was placed MUST start the game. If one or both pitchers change after the wager is placed, it is NO ACTION and all monies are returned to your available balance.

SELECTED - This is betting your team’s pitcher against ANY pitcher on the other team. If the selected pitcher does not start, the wager is NO ACTION and all monies are returned to your available balance. If the other team’s pitcher changes but your SELECTED pitcher DOES start, the wager is still Action, but subject to an adjusted price change.

OPPOSITION – This is betting your team versus a specified pitcher on the other team. If the specified pitcher on the other team does NOT start, the wager is No Action and all monies are returned to your available balance. If only your team’s pitcher changes, the wager is still Action but subject to an adjusted price if applicable.

All Totals and Run Line wagers are with Listed Pitchers only. If one or both pitchers change after the wager but prior to the start of the game, it is No Action and all monies are returned to your available balance. All Totals and Run Line wagers are subject to a 20-cent line.

The game must go the regulation 9 innings or 8.5 innings if the home team is leading on all Total Runs and Run Line wagers. Otherwise, it will constitute No Action and all wagered monies will be refunded accordingly. Any and all baseball series wagers must have all games of that particular series completed by a specified date or all wagers are No Action, regardless if one team has 2 or 3 wins (depending on the number of games in the series). All games of the series MUST be official (see our rules above regarding baseball wagers and what constitutes a final result). All baseball props must go the full 9 (8 ½) innings unless otherwise stated. They also must start the listed pitchers or it will be deemed No Action.

Professional and College Football

A game is considered official after 55 minutes of regulation play or at the completion of overtime period(s). All football games must be played on the date specified to be considered Action. All straight (side) wagers, over/under (total) wagers, money lines, etc., in professional and college football DO include all overtime scoring.

Professional Basketball

A game is considered official after 43 minutes of regulation play or at the completion of overtime period(s). For total season wins, teams must play a minimum of 80 regular-season games for action (wagers do not include post-season play). All futures wagers are Action, regardless of team moves or name changes. All straight (side) wagers, over/under (totals) wagers, money lines, etc., include overtime scoring.

College Basketball

A game is considered official after 35 minutes of regulation play or at the completion of overtime period(s). All basketball games must be played on the date specified to be considered Action. All straight (side) wagers, over/under (totals) wagers, money lines, etc., include overtime scoring.

Boxing

The bout is considered official when the bell is sounded (signifying the start of the first round) regardless of the scheduled length or title (for both professional and amateur boxing). In rounds proposition bets, the fight must go the originally-scheduled length for Action. In the event that any fighter does not make the required weight but the fight goes on, the bout will be considered official when the bell sounds for the first round, regardless of the scheduled length or title. All boxing events must be held within one week of scheduled date to be considered Action, unless otherwise noted at the time the wager is placed. In boxing, the official stopping of a round before the bell sounds, does not constitute a full round. A full round is only considered for wagering purposes when the bell sounds, signifying the end of that particular round.

Golf

For tournament match-up wagering, all of the players listed in the match-up bet offer must tee-off for your bet to have Action. The player with the most completed holes wins. If the players complete the same number of holes, the player with the lowest score wins. If the players are still tied, the wager(s) will have No Action and all monies will be refunded. If both golfers in a match-up are in a playoff situation, then (a) the winner of the playoff wins the match-up, and (b) all other players tie each other. Should a tournament be shortened or otherwise affected due to weather conditions, etc., the official result will be used when settling, regardless of the number of rounds played. However, should there be no further play after a wager is made, the bet would be void and considered No Action. Single-day match-ups are wagers on the particular day’s 18 holes. Single-day match-ups do not include holes played as a result of finishing up the previous day’s round(s) or playoff holes considered to be part of the overall tournament score. Should a day’s round be shortened or otherwise affected due to weather conditions and the round is continued into the next day, the full 18 holes will be considered in determining the outcome of the wager, even if they are played over two days. If both members of the match-up do not complete a full 18 holes, all wagers are void. If both players end the 18 holes in a tie, the wager is considered No Action. In a given list of odds featuring players’ names, the “field” option represents all other players not specifically listed.

Hockey

Professional, college and amateur hockey games are official after 55 minutes of play or at the completion of overtime period(s). All hockey wagers DO include overtime scoring. All hockey games must be played on date specified to be considered Action.

Tennis

A tennis match is considered official after the first point of the first set has been posted. In the event of a match starting but not being completed, the player progressing to the next round will be deemed the winner for wagering purposes. In the event of any of the following circumstances taking place, all bets will stand: (a) a change of playing surface; (b) a change of venue; (c) a change from indoor court to outdoor court or vice/versa. In a given list of odds featuring players’ names, the “Field” option represents and player(s) not specifically listed.

Auto Racing

All bets have action, even if a competitor withdraws for any reason, unless the entire race is cancelled. Both drivers must start the race for match-up wagers to have Action. The start of any motor race is defined as the signal to start the warm-up lap. The official winner at the conclusion of the race will be the winner for wagering purposes. In a given list of odds featuring drivers’ names, the “Field” option represents all drivers not specifically listed by name. All races must be run within one week of scheduled date to have Action.

Horse Racing

In order to have Action on any horse wager, your ticket must reflect a time that is prior to the official race time. All past-posted tickets, regardless of win or loss, will be deemed no Action and money will be refunded accordingly. Races will be graded upon the official results being available and posted. Betting limits and maximum payouts per track can vary. All scratches will be deemed no Action in the betting combinations in which they were involved, unless alternative payout is provided by the track with the scratched combination(s). If you wager on a couple horse and one of your horses scratches, you will still have action on all other horses. A refund will only be applicable if all coupled horses are scratched.

A horse has action if it leaves the starting gate, regardless of whether or not it finishes the race for any reason. We recognize the official outcome and track payouts as supervised by the stewards and racing authority governing each particular track. We only recognize the correct tote board results. We do not entertain refunds, wins or No Action on tickets in which a horse, at a later date, was either disqualified or awarded additional purse money as a result of testing or any other post-race action by the official racing authority and/or steward(s).
